GPS Units Approved for 2015-2016 School Year
During their regular meeting, the NRCS Board of Education approved an agreement with Tyler Technologies. This agreement will equip the school buses with GPS units for the 2015- 2016 school year.

"Hidden In Plain Sight - Looks Can Be Deceiving"
"Hidden In Plain Sight" is a traveling exhibit hosted by the Bath and Copley Police Departments. Those in attendance at the awareness program for parents will be able to get an up-close look at the items in the room and be shown how they can be used. Participants will be enlightened, educated and astonished. 
Keeping Our Children Safe
Please join us for a compelling and informative event. Mark Barden, a parent who experienced the tragic loss of his son in the Sandy Hook shooting in Connecticut is coming to Lorain to share his story and to promote ideas for keeping our children safe. 
Four NRHS Students Recognized at JVS National Technical Honor Society
Four North Ridgeville High School students were recognized at the Lorain County JVS National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) Induction Ceremony on March 25.

North Ridgeville City Schools now has a YouTube Channel! The page features videos that have been created by the NRHS Video Production Class as well as district videos.  
High School Entrepreneurship Class Sale
The North Ridgeville High School Entrepreneurship class project is already underway! The students are currently selling Ranger pom-pom hats for $20.00 and Ranger lip balm (in two flavors) for $1.00 each.  
Food Service Receives Flawless Audit
Every three years, any school receiving federal funds for their food service program must go through and on-site audit conducted by the Ohio Department of Education. 
2015 State of the Schools Presentation
The “2015 State of the Schools” luncheon presentation by Dr. James Powell was hosted by the North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, March 19 
NRCS Applies for a $35,000-$50,000 Grant
North Ridgeville City Schools recently applied for and Active Learning Center Grant through Steelcase Education.
